Have I paid for the new term?

To pay your outstanding invoice for the new term, you need to login to your account and click ‘pay now’. A direct debit won’t be taken without you approving the transaction.

Why does my payment say that it’s processing?

If your payment says that it’s processing, then you have paid your outstanding fees. It will take up to 10 days for the money to be taken from your account.

When I sign up, who is the beneficiary?

The beneficiary is your gymnast.

How do I change the class that my child attends?

Please either call or visit reception and they will be able to transfer your child into the new class, providing that there is space available. You are able to transfer to a different class at any point during the term.

Is my child insured whilst using the gym?

Your termly course fees include insurance cover with Ansvar Insurance.

Do you accept child-care vouchers?

Due to not being Ofsted registered we are unable to accept child-care vouchers.
