Badge Days offer intensive training, during which gymnasts are taught skills towards their British Gymnastics Awards, before being tested. We advise gymnasts do not participate in more than two badge days in one holiday period. Badges cost £4.00.Baskervilles Cheer (8–18 years)
New in 2016, gymnasts will learn the basics of cheerleading, an exciting mix of tumbling, jumps, stunts and dance.
A fun-packed and exciting day where children will explore gymnastics through circus-related activities.
Parents must be present in the gym.
Family fun using our gymnastics equipment. Apparatus includes the bouncy castle, rope, swings, rings, ball pool and more!
FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) fuses traditional gymnastics, free running and parkour, in a safe and supervised environment.
A day of gymnastics and dance. Coaches and gymnasts put together displays, which are performed at 3:15pm for parents to watch.
Lead by our qualified gymnastics coaches, children work independently from their parent. The session includes warm-up games, activities and songs, before gymnasts explore the gymnastics equipment in our planned circuit.
Parents do not have to stay during these sessions.
An Adult Drop-In Fitness Class (£5.00) and Pre-Bookable Crèche (£3.00) will run alongside each session.
Let’s Tumble This course is designed for gymnasts who would like to learn and experience somersaults, handsprings and flics. Gymnasts develop their skills on the air track and trampoline.
Ninja Warrior This session incorporates elements of Parkour and Freestyle Gymnastics with some friendly competition, using a variety of the gym’s equipment.
Gymnasts will use Olympic apparatus including beam, rings and bars, as well as performing short routines on the floor, beam and air track. Winning performances will be awarded certificates at the end of the day.
The Cube consists of fun and exciting challenges which gymnasts of all abilities will enjoy. Gymnasts complete challenges to win medals, in games using balance, co-ordination and agility.
