A parent and baby gym session where freeplay is the main activity, with
action songs at the end of each session.

A parent and infant session which develops social, educational and physical
awareness through fun and play.

Adventure Gym (under 5s)
45 min drop in session £3.50
A parent and child session that gives your child an opportunity to explore
the gym and it’s variety of equipment. You can both enjoy this free
play session together with a coach.

Parent & Toddler (2¼ - 3¼yrs)
Classes run for 45 mins
In this class the child works together with their parent/carer to gain the
most from the sessions. The classes are planned and progressive. They include
rolling, balancing, jumping, swinging and basic movement skills (including
music and rhythm) on the floor, small and large gym apparatus.

Gym Tots (3¼-4 years)
Classes run for 45 mins
Gym Tots differs from Parent & Toddler in that the children work independently
of the parent and under the supervision of the coach and the assistant.
They learn to listen and follow instructions, make decisions, and take turns.
Emphasis is on fun, enjoyment and participation.
