£9 drop-in (£7 with a valid student card)

Whether you are a complete beginner or fancy a new challenge we have something to offer everyone at our family focussed facility, where the emphasis is on fitness for life in a relaxed, fun environment.

Our expert instructor-led classes are designed to improve wellbeing, realignment and posture.

Classes incorporate a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and much more.

Whether it’s Parent Fit, Child Fun or Senior Stretch + Tone, surround yourself with likeminded people and leave Baskervilles feeling fantastic.

Step and Tone
A fun, energetic and easy-to-follow choreographed workout aiming to strengthen and improve tone, firmness and shape of legs, bums and tums using the step.

HIIT
Combining bodyweight and cardio exercises for a high energy workout. The timed intervals will help push you to your limit.

Aerobic Circuits
A fun body conditioning workout. Low impact, low intensity class that helps lift your mood and put a smile on your face.

Parent Fit, Child Fun
Get fit without the worries of child care! The large designated playpen lets your child play under your supervision whilst you enjoy your class. A low impact body conditioning class focusing on realigning and regaining core strength.

Senior Stretch & Tone
A low impact class designed for the more mature exerciser and suitable for adults of any fitness level. Maintaining a consistent fitness routine is important at any age. Our aim is to help improve cardiovascular health, build strength and balance. Our Senior Fitness class is a low-impact class to prevent injury while also increasing muscle strength and energy levels. Different equipment is used within the session for variation such as medicine balls, handheld weights and resistance bands. The exercises have different levels, helping individuals reach their full potential whilst incorporating relaxing and stretching to aid mobility.
