We’re well known for our work with children but we also offer an array of fitness opportunities for grown ups.
All classes are open to Non Members and Full Members.

Come and have a look for yourself at our air-conditioned state-of-the-art Fitness Suite. Our fully qualified instructors will work with you to create your ideal personal workout programme, and will be on hand to follow-up and monitor your progress. After your workout, relax and unwind in our sauna.
We run many Fitness Classes throughout the week and even offer Mum’s Gym and Adult Gym. Or why not book a Personal Training Session? From as little as £6 you can benefit from some personal training to really give your fitness regime a boost.

Circuit Training
Individual stations working specific muscles, whilst also giving your heart and lungs a great workout.
- Monday 8.00 pm – 9.00 pm
Body Conditioning
A class performed to music comprising a good all-round workout toning all your muscle groups.
- Tuesday 9.30 am – 10 .15 am with pre bookable creche
Fab Abs
A toning and conditioning fitness class that concentrates on strengthening your abdominal and back muscles.
- Friday 9.30 am – 10 .15 am with pre bookable creche
Mother & Baby Fitball
After you’ve been signed off as fit to exercise by your GP at your six-week check, this is the class to get you back in shape and strengthen your core muscles. Baby can come too! Classes held during school term times only.
- Monday 12.30 pm – 1.10 pm
Cardio Sculpt
A good all-over workout programme in the Fitness Suite using all the equipment, whilst your instructor encourages & motivates you. Great fun!

Teen Fitness Classes (children aged 11-17 years)
Teen Fitness classes are held in the Fitness Suite and offer small, specialised sessions for children aged 11 – 17 years.
Lots of individual attention and a great way for teens to have fun and stay fit!
- Monday 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm
- Wednesday 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm
- Friday 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm

Kettlebell
The new way to use your whole body in a unique method that combines cardiovascular exercise with weightlifting.
£5 for non members/ £2.50 for members. Special offer-block of 10 sessions £40
Using Kettlebells strengthens joints and ligaments, improves flexibility and range of motion. The swinging motion helps you.Get fit fast / Improves explosive power in the hips / Flattens the tummy and strengthens the core muscles. Tones leg muscles / Strengthens the shoulder’s stabilizer muscles / Helps improve your cardiovascular system. Aids Fat loss

Step
30 Minute Step Class for an aerobic workout with extra attention on the legs.

Running Club
Open to all levels – total beginners and experienced runners alike. Meet in the Fitness Suite for a 2-4 mile run around the local area.
- Wednesday 6.00 – 6.45pm.
£2.50 for non members/free for members
Class Prices
- Fitness Classes: Daytime £4.00, Evening £5.00
- Adult Gym: £7.00 per session
- Cardio Sculpt: £40.00 for 10 week course (£20.00 for Fitness Suite members)
- Crèche: £2.00 per session (must be pre-booked)
• All our instructors are fully qualified, and we pride ourselves on our friendliness and approachability.
• Always wear suitable clothing and footwear.
• A towel and drink will be needed for all classes.
• Please inform the instructor before the class starts if you are pregnant or have any other medical conditions.
• The warm up and cool down are an important factor in injury prevention, so please arrive on time and complete the whole class.
