Adult Gym
Adult gymnastics here at Baskervilles is a great lesson for all, whether you want to dust off the cobwebs from your last school gymnastics lesson or were an ex-competition level gymnast, here at Baskervilles we cater for all.
The age ranges from 18 years to 60 years, and the level from beginners to advanced. People wear shorts/t-shirts/leotard – something that you feel comfortable in.
The price of the class is £6.00 per session; it runs weekly during the school term time.
Come along and try out the session.
In the session we use the trampoline, floor, vault, Airtrack. It is a fun session that is lead by qualified and experienced coaches.

Mum’s Gym
This runs during term time - Wednesday 12.30 - 1.15 pm with pre bookable creche.
Mum’s Gym is open to ladies of any age or experience (you do not have to be a mum) and is a fun way to keep fit whilst learning gymnastic skills.
It is helpful if you have been able to do a handstand, a forward roll and a cartwheel – even if it was some time ago! Help will be given to perform skills with safe support and there are opportunities to work at a higher skill level for those who are more experienced

Warm up, flexibility and basic strength
Simple floorwork skills as a whole class
Groupwork in small numbers on trampet, trampoline, vault and air-track (tumbling). Other apparatus by request. Acrobatic skills are taught according to ability.
Cost - £4.00 per session – no need to book. Pre-bookable creche available £2.00
